Cyshimi
Cyshimi, also known as Viviane Lee Hsu, is a Chinese and Taiwanese Brazilian artist based in São Paulo. Their research explores ancestry, identity, beauty, and body through sculptures, performance, digital art and nails. For Cyshimi, nails are “Performative Sculptures”, a term coined by the artist who affirms that their nails are not just a static object, but a performative sculpture. They are a symbol of resistance, empowerment, and identity. Cyshimi sees each nail as a new world, built by shapes, colors and textures that, when together, cross those who see and use them. link

Denu is a non-binary transmedia artist. Their work focuses on 3D art, video, design, and sound synthesis. In an attempt to imagine life beyond matter, explore new languages and provoke our relationship between our bodies and virtuality, Denu utilizes a mix of ancient+future symbols to create an vision where organisms and tech grow together in conflict without limitations, as distinct dualities that infinitely intersect with each other. They're also one of the collaborators in @MuthaBrasil, the first Transgender Museum of History and Art in Brasil and Latin America. link

Her focus has been on creating cute 3D devices and immersive worlds, drawing inspiration from elements of the 2000s and her childhood and teenage experiences. Her journey with 3D devices began in 2021. Over time, she organized her work into collections, serving as a platform to share these creations. She produces items that reflect the desires of her younger self, including devices like the MP3 player and star-shaped phone. The underlying concept of the collection is to fulfill the nostalgic wishes of her audience, while her artistic aesthetic serves as an expression of her critique of advertising and consumer culture, a fusion of art and nostalgia. link
